Dear delegates,\u00a0below you can find a summary of the instructions for successfully connecting to UPV Wifi with your smartphones or laptops.<\/p>\n
1 – Connect to UPV-INFO network and download certificate of authentication from: https:\/\/www.upv.es\/id\/241
\n2 – Name the certificate ‘radius upv’ . Select Wi – Fi from Credential use
\n3 – Add the UPVNET network (Press on + icon, or \u201cAdd network\u201d)
\n4 – Enter UPVNET in the Network SSID. Select \u201c802.1x EAP\u201d under “Security”
\n5 – Enter your user name and password
\n6 – Check ‘Show advanced options\u2018 and set the following options:
\n> EAP Method: PEAP \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0> Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2
\n> CA Certificate: radius upv \u00a0 \u00a0> User\/Client Certif. and Anonymous Identity: Blank
\n7 – Click Save and then, click Connect to complete the set-up<\/p>\n
1 – Network name: UPVNET
\n2 – Security type: WPA2-Enterprise Encryption type: AES
\nNetwork authentication method: Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP)
\n3 – Click the Settings button. The\u00a0Protected EAP Properties screen will open:
\n> Check Validate server certificate
\n> Check Connect to these servers and introduce ‘radius.upv.es’
\n> Check Thawte Premium Server CA and thawte Primary Root CA
\n4 – Click the Configure button. Uncheck the box beside Automatically use my
\nWindows Logon name and password.
\n5 – Click the Advanced settings button. On the 802.1X settings tab check
\nthe box beside Specify authentication mode and select User authentication.
\n6 – Click the Save credentials button. In the User name and password box
\nenter your credentials
