Virtual participants are those not attending personally to the conference.
* Program committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee.
The HEAd’21 registration fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to HEAd’21 main conference scientific sessions
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one presenting author must be registered by the early registration deadline (May 13, 2021).
Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the HEAd conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, the “Extra paper” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent papers.
Cancellations made on or before May 27, 2021 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after May 27, 2021 will receive no refund.
