Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

*To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status. Student registrations do not include the conference dinner.
** Program committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee.

The conference registration fee covers:

  • Conference kit
  • Conference USB proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference dinner (except student registration)
  • Social events

For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (April 25, 2017) and attend the conference to present the paper.

Each registration covers the publication of one paper. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, to the second and subsequent papers it is applicable the “Extra paper” fee.

Cancellations made on or before May 24, 2017 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after May 24, 2017 will receive no refund.
