Virtual participants are those not attending personally to the conference.
The HEAd’20 registration fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to HEAd’20 main conference scientific sessions
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (April 13, 2020).
Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the HEAd conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, to the second and subsequent papers it is applicable the “Extra paper” fee.
Cancellations made on or before May 11, 2020 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after May 11, 2020 will receive no refund.
