Mr. Harry Lappalainen is passionate competences enhancer. He has over 20 years’ extensive experience on international development activities as a project initiator, project coordinator, external evaluator, trainer, mentor and consultant. He holds master’s degree in social sciences. In addition to his career in universities, Mr. Lappalainen has been working as a full-time entrepreneur in project cycle management consultation business and as a Senior Consultant in international public affairs and communications sector. Since 2011, Mr. Lappalainen has been acting as a Senior Advisor in the Turku University of Applied Sciences (Finland). During recent years, Mr. Lappalainen has been heavily involved in several global pedagogical and societal development projects and he has given numerous keynote presentations, lectures and workshops about modernization of education in Europe, South-East Asia and Africa.
Teaching innovation: trends, challenges and opportunities ahead

Dr. Ana Zorio-Grima is Associate Professor in the Accounting Department at Universitat de Valencia (UV, Spain). She has received the Teaching Excellence Award 2020 from the UV Consell Social. She is now Director of the UV Master in Accounting, Auditing and Management Control, and UV Coordinator for International Double Degrees in ADE and GIB. She has been involved/directed many teaching innovation projects. Her research interests include teaching innovation, sustainability, auditing and accounting. Her latest publications include articles in prestigious journals such as International Review of Economics & Finance, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Corporate Social Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, Business Strategy and the Environment, Sustainability, Innovar, REFC, RAE or Academia. She is Associate Editor in the RC-Spanish Accounting Review, member of the Editorial Board of several journals and a referee for many JCR journals.
