Payment instructions are sent by email after filling in the registration form. Invoices are issued by:

* Program committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee.
** To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status. Student registrations do not include the conference dinner.

The HEAd’22 registration fee covers (in-person registrations):

• Conference kit
• Conference USB proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
• Admission to HEAd’22 main conference scientific sessions
• Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• Conference dinner (except student registration)
• Social events

The virtual registration fee covers (Virtual conference):

• Virtual conference kit
• Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
• Admission to the streaming of all HEAd’22 main conference scientific sessions

For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (25 April) as in-person or virtual presenting participant.

Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the HEAd conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, the “Extra paper” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent papers.

Cancellations made on or before 20 May will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 20 May will receive no refund.
