Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

* Program committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee.
** To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status. Student registrations do not include the conference dinner.
The HEAd’23 registration fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to HEAd’23 main conference scientific sessions
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Conference dinner (except student registration)
- Social events
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (25 April) and attend the conference to present the paper.
Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the HEAd conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, the “Extra paper” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent papers.
Cancellations made on or before 20 May will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 20 May will receive no refund.
